Ferrari California Spider Finished in Rosso Corsa over black leather, this Ferrari is powered by its original Columbo V12 engine, which is paired with a five-speed manual gearbox. Factory equipment includes 4 wheel disk brakes, factory interior and dash and a convertible top. Bodywork was designed by Pininfarina. This a 1959 Ferrari 250 coupe, serial number 1809, which has been re-bodied with an aluminum Cal Spider body. The underpinnings for this car consist of an original Ferrari 250 chassis, which has been completely restored with attachment points added to suit the bespoke custom coachwork 1962 style Cal Spider aluminum body. The suspension is factory original.

The car is powered by the matching serial number, sixty degree, outside plug V-12 Colombo engine. The drive train includes the correct four speed gearbox and original rear end. The car is equipped with disk brakes and correct Borrani wheels. This car is likely to be the final Ferrari 250 to be re-bodied due to the expense and lack of available Ferrari 250 chassis.
